David Lyell (1942 – 2009) started this independent and family run business over 35 years ago selling after dinner mints from his home, with a vision of providing the finest service and chocolate products to restaurants and hotels.
A lot has changed over the years; we have grown significantly and our stock of over 850+ products now also includes speciality biscuits, tea, bar nibbles and ingredients. However at all times we remain true to our original principles and the company is an essential specialist supplier with an ethos that builds strong business relationships at every level.
Chocolate still remains a core passion and runs through the veins of the business.
