Mousse Dark Chocolate

Light brown powder with taste and aroma of rich, dark Swiss chocolate. Produces a creamy, full-flavoured gelatine free mousse. Preparation: 1) Pour 500g of powder into a bowl. 2) Add 1litre of whole milk. 3) Beat for 4 minutes at high speed. 4) Place in fridge for 2 hours to cool. 5) Decorate/Use for tortes, cream desserts and parfaits.
