Assisted by his four children, he transforms cocoa beans into exceptional chocolates in his Normandy workshops employing 250 people. Michel Cluizel endeavours to discover remarkable cocoa plantations to develop legendary chocolates, each composed of exceptional cocoa beans from a single plantation.
