Sicoly is a co-operative of over 100 fruit producers, located in the Coteaux and Monts du Lyonnais regions of France, who cultivate and harvest premium quality fruits. The group applies every technique to respect both the fruit and the environment, practicing sustainable and responsible agriculture.

Sicoly uses the latest technology and food safety techniques including de-aeration of purées which guarantees colour and flavours are preserved, and Ohmic heat treatment which preserves the quality of the fruit. Sicoly frozen fruit purées are perfect for pastry, ice-cream, desserts and cocktails.
