Light brown coloured powder with taste and aroma of sweet milk coffees. Produces a creamy, full-flavoured mousse. Gelatine free, Preparation: 1) Pour 500g of powder into a bowl. 2) Add 1litre of whole milk. 3) Beat for 4 minutes at high speed. 4) Place in fridge for 2 hours to cool. 5) Decorate/Use, Whip 500g of mousse powder with 1 litre of whole-fat milk. Beat for 4 minutes at high speed. Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving., For tortes, cream desserts and parfaits”
